What counts
The shared usage allowance counts tunnel upload plus download, once per direction. GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. These counters can differ from a hosting provider’s billed egress and protocol overhead.
When the month resets
Usage months anchor to the initial activation date in Asia/Dubai, clipping to the final valid day when needed. The annual paid-through date is separate. Warnings are sent once per window at 80% and 95%.
At the limit
At 100%, tenant VPN forwarding pauses while web billing remains accessible. No automatic overage charges apply. Restoration requires valid paid access and no other suspension reason. There is no promise of unlimited traffic, guaranteed speed or a service-level agreement.
