Annual billing, activation and renewal
Know when the service year begins, how usage months work and which renewal price you accept.
The service year starts at activation
Your annual service term runs for one calendar year from verified activation after payment and successful provisioning. The service paid-through date is separate from the payment provider’s next charge date. The dashboard shows a provider date only when verified. Any recorded activation delay requires review of the appropriate remedy; no automatic or prorated credit is promised.
Review the full annual amount
Before purchase, review the exact full annual charge, currency, tax treatment, recurring payment consent and renewal terms. A monthly equivalent is explanatory only. A configured PayPal catalog is charged in disclosed USD, not AED. Any approximate currency equivalent needs a dated reference. Manual invoices do not authorize automatic debits; follow the receiving instructions on the specific invoice.
Monthly allowance, annual service
Shared tunnel transfer counts upload plus download in monthly windows anchored to the activation day in Asia/Dubai. A missing day clips to the month’s final valid day. Annual payment does not mean unlimited transfer. At the allowance limit, forwarding pauses and web billing remains available, with no automatic overage charge. Other suspension reasons can still prevent restoration.
Change plans at the next renewal
Select a reviewed annual price and explicitly accept the future limits before scheduling a plan change. PayPal may require its own approval. A scheduled lower limit restricts new profile or administrator admissions against that future limit while existing current paid service continues until the boundary. An uncertain provider operation requires operator reconciliation and must not be blindly retried.
Cancellation and refund requests
Cancellation stops future renewal while paid service normally continues through the recorded service date, subject to the approved terms and other suspension reasons. A refund request enters review and is not a refund guarantee. Verified payment alone does not prove a working tunnel; provisioning failures have a support and remedy path.
