Cancellation and refund requests
A clear request path without an unverified guarantee.
Cancellation
An owner can request cancellation in Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally remains until the recorded paid-through date, subject to published suspension and refund terms. Manual invoice subscriptions do not auto-debit.
Refund review
Use Billing to submit a refund request with the relevant invoice and reason. No refund guarantee is advertised in this installation. Mandatory rights and the actual seller’s approved policy govern eligibility and timing.
Payment received, setup needs attention
A verified payment does not prove a working connection. Infrastructure failures must appear visibly, retry safely and have a support and refund path. The service year begins only after successful activation.
