Service providers and subprocessors

Known processing roles and the deployment-specific legal register required before launch.

Register status

This implementation does not supply an approved deployment-specific subprocessor register. The operating seller must publish actual legal entities, purposes, processing locations, transfer arrangements and relevant retention terms before launch. Software names below describe components and do not identify the company operating a deployment. No hosting location or processor certification is implied.

Hosting, VPN and DNS

The configured infrastructure operator hosts the management service, databases and gateway. WireGuard carries the encrypted device-to-gateway connection; WG-Portal manages peers; a separate AdGuard Home instance filters DNS for each workspace. These software projects are not automatically third-party processors, partners or endorsers. The actual hosting operator and any upstream DNS processing must be documented by the seller.

Accounts, messages and operations

Better Auth provides account software and PostgreSQL stores identity and service records. A configured SMTP provider handles verification, recovery and opted-in launch messages. Its actual legal name and processing location depend on deployment. Routine support diagnostics and operational metrics exclude raw DNS domains and private device keys. Advertising networks, external analytics and AI services are not destinations for raw DNS activity.

Payment providers

PayPal processes payment approval and subscription events when enabled. Dunivra stores payment references and the agreed price, rather than card credentials. Manual settlement uses the receiving party and payment instructions published on that invoice; no particular bank is represented here. The seller must disclose the actual payment parties, their roles and applicable provider notices before accepting payment.
